Sioux manufactures the M-415 mobile water heater to heat the batch water on mobile concrete trucks. Designed for use on volumetric concrete mixers, the Sioux M-415 Series water heater can be mounted directly on mobile concrete trucks for hot water on the go! Mixing concrete on-site at a precise temperature produces higher quality concrete for specific applications.

- 415,000 BTU/hr output; Mobile water heater provides a 100°F temperature rise of 500 gallons in one hour.
- Heavy-duty, horizontally mounted 3/4” schedule 80 pipe carbon steel heat exchanger.
- Standard 12 volt DC or optional 120 volt AC.
- Honeywell Protectorelay® with flame monitoring burner control.
- Bronze rotary gear type pump with stainless steel shaft.
- Inline temperature gauge with adjustable tank temperature control and pressure gauge.
- Electrical controls with on/off switch for water circulation pump and burner.
- Stainless steel or brass fittings, valves, and plumbing on inlet and outlet of coil and pump.
