Custom Equipment Builds

This customer wanted added peace of mind while working on rooftops in San Francisco, with a van setup designed to help deter unauthorized access while keeping equipment organized and accessible.

We installed a Hotsy 1075SSE at the side door, positioning the exhaust outward and the machine to restrict entry through that opening. At the rear, we stacked electric Hannay hose reels to maximize space while preserving a clear walkway into the van. This layout allowed the customer to chain the rear doors while working and retain convenient rear access when needed.

Built for a customer committed to delivering exceptional results, this 12-foot tandem-axle trailer combines powerful cleaning equipment with water recovery in one organized setup.

The build features a Hotsy 1200 Series hot water pressure washer, a 300-gallon water tank, a custom filtration rack holding eight filters, high- and low-pressure electric hose reels, and a Hydro-Tek RGV40H vacuum recovery system.

This customer prioritized quality equipment to provide outstanding service for their own customers. The combination of the Hotsy’s cleaning power and the Hydro-Tek’s vacuum recovery capabilities made this an especially rewarding build for our team.
