Founded in 1976 in Santa Rosa, California, we’re an award-winning locally-owned and operated company that has grown and expanded to become the premier provider of innovative industrial cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting & water treatment equipment and solutions in the Northern California. Our Service Center is in Santa Rosa.
A bit of history: Our name was originally Hotsy Cleaning Systems of Santa Rosa. In 2013, the company was purchased by Hotsy Pacific, our affiliate company. As the company diversified into new products and different lines of equipment, we agreed it was time to update our name to reflect that, and in 2020, we became North Bay Equipment. Our affiliate became Pacific Bay Equipment, with Service Centers in Modesto and Hayward.
A ‘can do’ attitude: Today, we serve Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma counties. We like to say that “we’re the students of our clients’ industries”, because our job is to constantly acquire expertise and knowledge to best serve our clients’ changing needs.
We have developed specialize expertise to serve the wine industry, and our team of factory-trained and certified technicians have gone through additional training to learn about such essential areas as steam cleaning, water treatment systems, and the newest technologies in cleaning and sanitation practices.
