Introducing The NEW Sioux Wine Barrel Steamer

Sioux is excited to announce a game changing wine barrel cleaning solution with the SF-3.8E All-Electric Steam-Flo® and Sioux Barrel Steaming Tool. Most wine makers already know that steam is the best way to clean barrels. Steam opens the pores for a more thorough and deep clean. Steam also rehydrates the barrel staves, swelling and sealing the barrel. This allows continued use of the barrel, extending its lifespan. Sioux’s innovative barrel cleaning steam generator and tool provides wineries with the most thorough and efficient steam cleaning of multiple barrels.
Wine makers who have already used the SF-3.8E and Sioux Wine Barrel Tool are excited about the following:
• Ease of use and operation – SF-3.8E has simple controls with reduced false alarms.
• Cleaning multiple barrels at once – dual steam outlets for simultaneous barrel steaming.
• Minimal water usage – 0.26 gallons of water used per minute.
• Increased heat transfer rate – higher rate of steam vaporization means more efficient cleaning.
• Portability – stainless steel cabinet with easy rolling locking casters
• Safety – ASME certified steam vessel that produces low-pressure steam (less than 15 PSIG).
• Stainless-steel barrel steaming tool – universal mounted, self-aligning tool with spring-loaded axial bung cone to compensate for various barrel and bung hole sizes which creates the best possible seal for greater efficiency and safer steaming.
Sioux continues to manufacture the world’s highest quality steam generators and innovative solutions and has done so for over 85 years in the USA. Our customers also rely on Sioux’s USA-based parts and service support for the life of their equipment.
